FareShare, a national charity supporting communities to relieve food poverty, is soon to start operating in the South West region, based in Bristol. FareShare has 12 years' experience providing the food industry with a solution for their surplus food, by redistributing food and related support services to a network of organisations working with homeless and vulnerable people across the UK. In addition to food deliveries, FareShare's community food network members and their clients can take advantage of volunteer and training opportunities and access to food safety and food-related advice.
